Satsang is a fellowship of practitioners to support the spiritual journey, focusing on the limbs of
yoga beyond yoga asana/postures. This gathering will interweave teachings from the yoga
tradition that support our practice and life, some simple sacred chanting, meditation, and other

Ecstatic Dance is an International Practice that provides a safe Space to explore a range of movement using a curated music journey often called “a wave”as the back drop. 

Starting slow and gradually building an arch of tempo that invites a spectrum of expression in relationship to the changing  musical landscape. The music often reaches a “peak” in speed then  returns gently back to slower rhythms and melodies ending finally in stillness. 

Often the container is held by a live DJ that “reads the room” and offers their expertise at mixing the music in a way that supports the collective of movers present. 

This particular dance may include a short lightly guided intro to the  dance so that newcomers can become familiar with the principles of his dance and how they can benefit most from the experience. 

If it is your first time it would be best to arrive at the beginning.
