February Healing Arts Fair
Our monthly Healing Arts Fair brings together the Prescott community and nearby areas, showcasing master healers and energy workers. Attendees can enjoy services from Oracle and Tarot Card Readers, Reiki Masters, Shamans, Henna Tattoo Artists, Astrologers, Massage Therapists, Life Coaches, Trauma Therapists, Frequency Therapy, Access Consciousness, and more. Additionally, we now offer a Donation-Based Sound Healing session from 5:30-6:30 after each fair, which will always be free of charge. This is one of the many ways we give back to a community that has shown us so much support!

Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is an International Practice that provides a safe Space to explore a range of movement using a curated music journey often called “a wave”as the back drop.
Starting slow and gradually building an arch of tempo that invites a spectrum of expression in relationship to the changing musical landscape. The music often reaches a “peak” in speed then returns gently back to slower rhythms and melodies ending finally in stillness.
Often the container is held by a live DJ that “reads the room” and offers their expertise at mixing the music in a way that supports the collective of movers present.
This particular dance may include a short lightly guided intro to the dance so that newcomers can become familiar with the principles of his dance and how they can benefit most from the experience.
If it is your first time it would be best to arrive at the beginning.

Quiet rEVOLution Restorative Yoga All proceeds go to charity!
This will be a Restorative Yoga class for anyone - even those without experience - because the focus is on stillness, holding space for yourself - and helping this local charity: Blankets for Kids. Kabugaran Hard Breath Training Intro
“Kabugaran” is Indonesian for fitness, but it go away deeper than that. Developing self-confidence, deeper personal insights, and confronting personal boundaries, the “hard breath “technique has been at the center of the Merpatiputi martial arts school in Indonesia for over 50 years..
I’ve just studying through a five year intensive training program with Merpatiputi martial arts school in Ogden, Utah, and then working as an assistant instructor for the Vibravision program, Chris Harris, also known as “MAS Haris “has been dedicated to the development of personal empowerment breath, work and developing the ability to comfortably connect with the universal “inner power” or “tenaga dalam.”
Come learn the “heart-core” breathing g technique and learn about the upcoming online program.
