When she was 14 years old, she started training at one of the top ballet schools in the nation, Master Ballet Academy. Due to knee complications, she decided to leave ballet, and focus her attention on something else.

Following in her mother’s footsteps, Trinity got her Yoga Teacher’s certification, and is now specializing in Yin Yoga, an incredible style of yoga for all bodies, especially for athletes. Yin is a more restorative style of yoga, focusing on deep relaxation, holding poses to stretch and elongate the body’s connective tissues, and improving joint mobility.
