Angie has a unique style of instructing. 20 years experience on the mat. 5 years of instructing and now a studio owner. Yoga is medicine. Each class incorporates sound healing in savasana and a touch of reiki. "Samadhi" is the 8th limb of yoga and ultimate experience of freedom.
Cheryl Walters

Cheryl Walters has been teaching and sharing the gifts of yoga since 2001. She is a Yoga Therapist, certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists and has been the director and lead instructor for Yoga Intensive Studies Programs and Yoga Teacher Training for Yoga Alliance in the Prescott area for over 13 years. She has trained over 160 yoga students to become yoga teachers and continues to mentor yoga teachers and yoga students worldwide.

Bua’s yoga journey started in 2007, but she began diving into yoga seriously during 2014 while living in Washington State. In 2014, She trained 200 hours in original “Hot Hatha Yoga,” or as it is known “Bikram Yoga”. That same year, Bua also trained 200 hours in Vinyasa. In 2015, Bua trained 50 hours in Yin style. When Bua moved to Phoenix in 2021, she received an opportunity to train and become certified as an intensive Barre Instructor.
A few of Bua’s teachers said she is a curious student who is always passionate about learning. It’s proven true as she has explored other styles of yoga such as Kundalini, Sculpt, Power, Ashtanga, Acro, Budokon, Anusara, and Bowspring-Sridaiva.

Thomas Radtke operates from the foundation that the physical body is an access point to all other realms of the human being for the healing and growth of the human potential. He is currently a Senior Teacher of Inner Power Yoga, has lived and been certified through the Shambava School of Yoga & Ashram and has additional studies in Ashtanga yoga, Anusara yoga, trauma informed yoga, and Viniyoga. To compliment traditional yoga studies he is an applied anatomist, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, a somatic facilitator and well studied and versed in Polyvagal Nerve theory, Pranayama, meditation practices and presence practices such as Circling and Dynamic Presence.
Jessica Leary

I’m Jessica Leary and I have been teaching group fitness classes since 2013. I am 200 RYT , have completed more than 60+ hours of Pilates Instructor Certifications via Balanced Body. Providing options for all levels of fitness is my specialty.
Trinity Hyman
-Yin Yoga.
Mondays at 10:15-11:15am
Trinity trained in different styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and musical theater. She has competed in Phoenix and Las Vegas, has performed at Disney Land, and has even traveled to Washington DC to further her training in ballet.
When she was 14 years old, she started training at one of the top ballet schools in the nation, Master Ballet Academy. Due to knee complications, she decided to leave ballet, and focus her attention on something else.
Following in her mother’s footsteps, Trinity got her Yoga Teacher’s certification, and is now specializing in Yin Yoga, an incredible style of yoga for all bodies, especially for athletes. Yin is a more restorative style of yoga, focusing on deep relaxation, holding poses to stretch and elongate the body’s connective tissues, and improving joint mobility.
Suzanne Adams

Suzanne’s first yoga experience started as a P.E. class over twenty years ago and then evolved into a passion to learn more about the practice, and then the want to teach and share her love for yoga with others. Her light aurora can be felt through her hugs and seen in the passion she has for teaching. From beginner, to advanced practitioner, enjoy the sunshine energy she offers as she guides you through a smooth flow of asanas, leaving you feeling the light from within, in a sweet savasana.
Cathy Davis

Cathy Davis, MA, RYT is both a registered yoga instructor and certified special education teacher. Through breathing exercises, guided meditation, and poses that focus on healthy alignment and that boost immunity, students are encouraged to begin a journey of self-discovery into their bodies and themselves that will help them find their fullest potential-- physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
Students are supported on their healing journey as they release tension and remove the sources of ill health so that they can overcome challenges and achieve more than they ever thought possible. Her classes offer students the opportunity to explore their uniqueness and to heal the belief systems that have been disempowering them so that they can liberate themselves and reclaim their power, their brilliance and their purpose.
Ryan Johnson
-Earth and Sky Qigong.

Qigong (chee gong) has been called Chinese Yoga. It is a gentle standing excercise designed to apply self energy healing using slow movements of the hands over key energy channels, along with rhythmic breathing.
Ryan is a qigong hobbyist who enjoys practicing with others. He has been practicing since 2015. Every week, Ryan leads the class through a common and highly respected routine know as Shibashi. It is the most scientifically studied qigong form in the world.

Cindy Lusk
-Align & Flow
Tuesdays at 12-1:00pm
This all levels class includes both alignment and flow. Generally classes will begin with a brief yogic teaching that can be applied to life, then move into some alignment focus, followed by a flow through a variety of poses, with different options suggested. Students learn how to connect with breath and a deeper part of themselves, connect breath with movement, and safely move to promote healing and prevent injury.
-First Sunday Satsang
Every first Sunday 10:30-11:30am
Satsang is a fellowship of practitioners to support the spiritual journey, focusing on the limbs of yoga beyond yoga asana/postures. This gathering will interweave teachings from the yoga tradition that support our practice and life, some simple sacred chanting, meditation, and other practices. All levels and lineages are welcome.
Cindy Lusk, PhD, began practicing yoga in 1985, studied and taught both Ashtanga and Anusara yoga, and is an authorized teacher of Neelakantha Meditation. She is also an avid student and teacher of yoga philosophy and author of the book Align and Refine: The Journey of Yoga andMeditation. Students report that her teaching is authentic, accessible, and applicable, and that it allows them to deepen their understanding of yoga and of themselves, transforming their practice and their lives.
