Have you ever felt a connection to an animal, bird, reptile, insect, or sea creature? Do you continue to see certain animals over and over? Do people tend to give you animal themed gifts of the same type? This may be your spirit animal or “power” animal or animals trying to make a connection with you. These animals are helping spirits that carry power and wisdom and are here to help you. A “power” animal can help you with issues that are specific to you and they are here to share their gifts with you.

Workshop conducted by Shaman Pamela Barnes, Kuraq Akulleq (4th Level Priest, Wisdom Keeper) in the Incan tradition of the Andes. Pamela recently relocated to Prescott from New Mexico where she was a practicing energy worker and teacher of Shamanic studies.

Instructions: Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to class as we will be doing a guided journey (meditation). Bring an eye cover and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing.
