Got Connection! is designed to provide fun and experience connection in a fast paced, yet well balanced. play-shop which includes: defining, reflecting, listening, asking, and touching with consent. This play-shop will leave you with an introduction to body based tools to serve Connection with Self, and Source (however you may perceive that), and Others.

M Scher Dow & Michelle Hamblin have over 70 years combined shared experience involved in teaching, personal growth, recovery, leading, and facilitating individuals and groups of various types. We are excited to be working together to share our synergy, skills, and passion for connection with you!
