Emotional and mental issues begin at the energetic level, and where there are blockages, suffering accumulates. Through understanding of the Chakra system we can begin healing at the metaphysical or pre-physical level, which will then manifest as joy and ease in your life. You will learn daily habits that can be used to unblock the pathways.
