Dear Innerself,

If it is your will, please tell me in a dream tonight how I can reach my full Creative Potential, in order to come closer to you.

Love and Respect (or however you want to sign the letter)

Set your alarm for an hour earlier than you would normally wake up. This will help you remember your dream easier. Then write down what you remember, even if it’s one image. If you don’t have a dream, do not worry. There are always students who come in without a dream. You will find a Symbol from the meditation work we do in class.
