The Crystals and Chakras class will explore the 7 chakras and the crystals that can be used at each chakra center for clearing and revitalizing the energy in each particular center.

1. We’ll talk about each chakra, its location, color association, and energy focus.

2. We’ll talk about how to choose and program a crystal to be used for each chakra. And we’ll talk about the simple ways to cleanse a crystal.

3. You will learn simple phrases for letting go of energy in each chakra that no longer serves you and phrases for inviting in positive energy through the chakras. These phrases can be used to help rebalance a chakra that you may feel is a little out of sorts.

By the end of the class, you will – if you’re a beginner, have a basic knowledge of working with crystals at each chakra and if you’re beyond a beginner, hopefully this will be a refresher for you and stimulate a continued relationship between crystals and chakras or teach you something new to add to your repertoire as you continue working with crystals/chakras.
