Chakradance™ is a dance therapy practice for the soul.

Leave your worries and your shoes at the door and enter a ‘healing sanctuary’, a darkened room where you move with your eyes closed, barefoot, and your attention turned inward into the world of imagination, feelings, intuition, and senses.

It’s like entering into a waking dream.

In this class we will focus on the Solar Plexus chakra associated with personal power.

We are all radiant powerful beings but may not always be living from a place where we accept and radiate our own Power.

Sometimes we may give in and accept less than we’re worth.

When we lose our power, we lose touch with our own unique individuality and find it easier to ‘go along to get along’.

Getting in touch with your solar plexus chakra is one of the most empowering acts of self-definition and self-worth you can do.

With a balanced solar plexus, vibrant and healthy, you can fearlessly walk away from disrespect, set firm boundaries, negotiate from a position of self-worth, and truly feel and express your power safely.

You will also leave with a mandala that you create from your soul to continue your inner journey in the coming days or perhaps weeks.
