Chakradance™ Sacral chakra Intensive—the Dance of Sensuality with Maryann Hesse

E-motions are energy in motion. If they are not expressed, then the energy is repressed which suppresses the vital energy of life.

If your sacral chakra is blocked, you can become numb to your emotions and your passions and desires can be deadened, both sexually and in other areas of your life. OR if there is excessive energy stored in your sacral chakra, it can manifest as a perpetual state of crisis, an excessive sex drive, or a craving for constant excitement and stimulation.

Chakradance™ is a dance therapy practice for the soul.

By moving your body as it wants to move in the moment, to music that has been specifically composed for the energy of each chakra, you are restored to a balanced state of well-being where your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies all flow freely.

On Saturday, August 19th, you will have the experience of being guided through all 7 major chakras…tuning them up…and then you will dive deeply into the Sacral chakra to explore the aspects of your feminine nature from soft, sensual, nurturing, sweet, creative---to the dark, untamed, wild, devouring, ferociousness.

You will open more fully to Hear and Feel the messages of your Inner Feminine and RECEIVE her gifts.

After you have delved deeply into your sacral experience you will create a mandala from your soul that you can take with you to continue your healing journey in the following days or even weeks.

We always begin with a grounding practice and meditative “getting present” time and end with an integration meditation.

Be sure to wear clothing that allows you to move freely and feels sacred to you while dancing barefoot.
