One of the most exciting things that happens when we Chakradance is that we shift
things in our outer lives.
We are energetic beings. Vibrational beings. We attract into our lives people, situations,
experiences, etc., that match our vibrational frequency.
I invite you to pause for a moment and look at your life. There are probably some
wonderful parts and then there are other aspects that are less than desirable.
You’ve attracted them ALL in. And the more negative aspects are coming from what’s
unhealed (and no doubt unconscious) within you.
In many ways our lives are reflecting back to us what is healed, and what is unhealed
within us.
Every time we dance our chakras, we heal a little. We heal the next layer that has been
buried and unconscious, unprocessed, unexpressed.
With each dance we change our vibrational frequency. We become lighter and clearer.
As our frequency changes, we begin to attract in a vibrational match in the form of new
opportunities, or experiences or people.
This is one of the things I love most about Chakradance. It changes lives!
It’s not just about freeing our bodies, healing our stuck emotions, rediscovering our
innate wisdom, confidence, intuition, passion and so on. All of this is amazing, but
creating the life we want, that is the Gold.
