A 3 Hour journey into presence at the somatic level to explore, surrender, sovereignty, connection, and the power of vulnerability. Above all we relate from the space of radical acceptance in order to be your truest self outside the realm of your cerebral mind. Consider it a relational meditation where we arrive to a meditative space and connect from being. Come bring your truth into connection with others and weave a more rich and truthful human existence, after all, we are the embodied spiritual experience.
