“My name is Liberty, and I have been practicing ecstatic dance movement practices for 5 years now. This class is an intentional and sacred space to dance your heart out, express your emotions through your body, allow shifts and releases through movement, and do anything in-between that your body needs and calls for. There is no right or wrong way to dance in this class! The weekly playlist will be intentional and rooted in trance music, typically within the electronic genre, ranging from genres such as Bass, Tribal, House, Ambient, and World music. Ecstatic dance is a sober space, and open to anyone of all ages. Come ready to dance, laugh, cry, feel, and express whatever you need!”
