This ceremony will include the following:
-Gentle Yoga and Pranayama (Breathwork).
-Ceremonial Grade Cacao: a sacred medicine of Central America, called the “Food of the Gods” for its heart opening qualities.
-Kirtan: a musical offering, invoking the Sanskrit names of the Divine Beings.
-We will be utilizing a transformational potential inherent to Samhain, the Celtic holiday at the midpoint between the Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, marking the end of the Harvest Season.
